Michelle holds eight years of expertise, and has been with Redstone Training since 2015. Starting out as an administrator Michelle gained knowledge and the skillset needed to progress within the business. From Training Co-Ordinator to becoming Training Manager, Michelle takes care of all our trainers and NSAR courses.
Izzy has been with Redstone Training since 2017, originally starting in our Rail Division. Bringing her Redstone Training and Rail Industry experience, as well as her love for finances to the table, Izzy has now progressed on to become our Finance Manager.
Paige has over 10 years of experience in management, customer service and business development. Paige utilises all her knowledge from logistics, travel, energy and education sectors to her current role at Redstone Training. Paige has joined Redstone as our 'Learner Engagement Manager'. She oversees the learner journey within Redstone from enrolments through to employment destinations. Paige works with many of our colleges and external partners, maintaining and growing positive relationships, supporting learners.
Alannis has been immersed in the rail industry and rail training sector since 2014, gaining valuable experience with both training providers and multinational principal contractors. Heading up the Contracts and Learner Engagement Team, Alannis brings extensive expertise to guiding learners through their entire journey with Redstone. Her commitment ensures that learners receive exceptional support, while also upholding the highest standards in delivering contracts efficiently and on schedule.
Taiyler has worked within Rail, Construction and Engineering since 2018 and has worked for both SME’s and large-scale labour supply projects, meaning she has the experience and knowledge to strategically connect the right person to the right employer. Taiyler is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and is also our Social Value Ambassador.
Liam has joined our Learner engagement team. He has 18 months experience in car finance sales and 4 years in semi professional football coaching. With this Liam’s skill set and communication ensures a smooth path for enrolment onto our courses and communication throughout the course as the direct point of contact for our learners.
Sophie has worked at Redstone Training for 18 months, but holds a whopping 20 years of experience in the education sector. Sophie also offers an abundance of expertise with an extremely qualified background, bringing those 20 years of quality knowledge to the Redstone Team as our 'Assistant Training Manager'.
With nearly two years Redstone Training experience, Paige has a vast knowledge of business and training admin. Her background in travel and tourism led her into the rail industry world and gives her additional expertise in her field.
With 20 years of expertise, trainer/assessor and Lead IQA Kevin joined the rail industry in 2003. This was after serving over 20 years in the Royal Engineers. He delivers a range of Safety Critical Courses along with the Quality Assurance of the NVQ courses combined with two decades of industry expertise.
Steve has worked in the Rail Industry since 1999. In 2009, he did his trainer and assessor qualifications. With all this expertise, Steve joined Team Redstone Training in 2018 and brings his must-have Rail Industry knowledge to every session he teaches.
John has a wealth of experience and has been with Redstone Training since 2021. He started as a trackman in 1996, and after working his way up the ladder, leading to becoming a Site Manager, John then became an NSAR registered trainer/assessor in 2006. Since then, he's gained must-have industry knowledge and now delivers that to our learners daily.
Joining the railway in 2011 as an apprentice, James quickly made his way up the ladder gaining his Lookout, then working towards gaining his COSS and Machine Controller titles. Achieving his qualifications and becoming a trainer back in 2015, James offers a wealth of experience to our learners and is dedicated to helping others gain undeniably valuable Rail Industry knowledge.
Since 1995 Neil has worked on the tracks as a track inspector for English Welsh and Scottish, performing a large number of track related roles, namely vegetation control, track inspection, repair of switches, other assets, attending derailments, as well as investigating causes and working as a Loads Examiner.
Neil was also first registered in 2004 to deliver PTS and Track Induction through RTAS, after that he regularly delivered both courses. Over the years Neil started performed COSS/IWA assessments over a two year period too. Bringing an incredible 35 years of experience to the Redstone Training team and our learners.
Kevin has almost 24 years of on track railway experience doing various jobs from look out to engineering supervisor, he has been a trainer/assessor for nearly 10 years and is able to train NVQ Lv2 in railway engineering, PTS AC, DCCR, OLEC 1, TIC, various machine controller courses and can also assess COSS.
Stuart has worked on the railway for over 7 years, quickly gaining qualifications and experience in a number of safety critical roles including COSS and Crane Controller.
He moved into training in 2020 and still combines the practical environment of the railway with his work in the classroom. He is currently upskilling to Engineering Supervisor and has also gained his level 4 Internal Quality Assurer Qualification
Thomas has had a life long passion for trains, and made the leap in to the industry in 2021, he is working towards his assessors qualifications. With his passion and teaching background, Tom joined Redstone Training in 2023 and brings his bright personality and enthusiasm to every course.
