Was unemployed for 5 months wanted to come onto the course because I wanted better skills and better money and a good job. Redstone trainer Ady was good being there helping to assist me throughout. He is a really good trainer. I am looking forward to maintaining a job in the future.

Before the course I was unemployed, never had a job in my life. This will be my first job. I Applied because I wanted to get into the railways. Have no complaints about Redstone Training. Ady was a really good teacher, lets you understand all you need to know. Was worried about doing PTS thinking I didn’t know anything but once I did it I understood it was everything I had learnt from Ady. Really looking forward to getting into work and have an induction with my employer this week. I have already recommended this to my friends and will continue to do In the future.

December last year I was unemployed after been a joiner for ages. I was always interested in the railway and my mate told me about the course and told me to apply, so I did. I have learnt loads of foundation skills and knowledge for the job. I have secured a better job, better pay and a better lifestyle. I have learnt loads of social skills too. I was unemployed for about 8 months before starting the course. I always wanted to work in the Railway as I have family who work on the Tracks. I spoke to my Restarts job coach, and they referred me onto the course. I have achieved a qualification and the foundation skills to use on track. It gave me a really good career opportunity and I am looking forward to my career in the railway now. Had been out of work for a while due to a medical condition. Wanted to apply as it was something new, wanted to learn a trade. I have achieved been able to work on the railways and Redstone helped me get a better experience of what its like by doing practical stuff. Really excited to see where this job takes me as I want to process up.
