Redstone Training have the unique ability to work on behalf of both our learners and employer partners. As a Railway company with over 15 years industry experience, we bring together a combination of local and national Rail employers with us on each programme we deliver. Our team at Redstone Training is dedicated to aligning our delivery models and programmes to ensure education and industry both come together to create bespoke courses to meet the needs of the evolving railway industry. By working with our partners, employers and colleges we ensure that our learners are the highest trained new Operatives in the country and they are also the most employable. We have great relationships with our employers, as they know the quality and consistency of our programme's and training, this is why Redstone are their preferred partner.

Redstone Training are dedicated to showcasing the wonderful world of Rail. We support schools and love going in and speaking to the learners and being apart of careers days and introducing them to rail and the pathways to get into the industry. We want to support as many people as we can into getting into the railway, due to the skills shortages. We are working with Colleges at the moment on a national basis providing work experience and TLevel placements. This is great taster into the industry and we love educating people into our sector as it opens up so many pathways for progression routes.
