Salary- £35,000- £40,000 with a company vehicle & fuel card & bonus scheme
Location- Flexible remote, hybrid
Hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am- 17.00pm

Redstone Training – we’re here to meet both client & industry needs. Providing companies with the skills, knowledge, and certification needed to ensure rail works are carried out both safely, and correctly.
As both a City & Guilds & Network Rail Training (NSAR) accredited training provider, we offer a blend of recertifications & upskills courses for existing Rail personnel, in addition to delivering government funded courses nationwide to bring qualified Rail Operatives into the working world. With many candidates already in employment, we lay down the foundation for a successful future and deliver educational excellence along the way.
Job Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Engagement Manager to join our team. This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills, experience in either the Rail or Educational/Learner centred environment/industry & who has a genuine interest in developing the careers of others.
· Lead on external conversations with Colleges, training providers and employers
· Establish strong relationship with Rail industry employers Nationwide, working with them to align their skills gaps with our delivery
· Continuously monitor existing and new/upcoming Rail infrastructure projects
· Ensure you follow bootcamp/aeb criteria for learners in each region
· Efficiently and effectively manager Key Accounts allocated by the SMT, encompassing all aspects of a ‘funded training’ programme.
· Lead all client/new course learner ‘Meet & Greet’ presentations
· Lead on bringing new business into Redstone
· Support with developing and implementing an employer recruitment strategy
· Support employers with interviews where needed
· Liaise with the learner engagement team
· Engage with marketing on designing what you require for support
· Organise medicals for the learners
· Understand safeguarding polices and procedures
Person Specification
A full clean driving licence
Good interpersonal skills with ability to lead and support individuals whilst meeting internal performance measures.
Ability to confidently engage with internal and external customers, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Ability to work under own initiative and take an independent lead on projects whilst evaluating priorities and meeting deadlines
Willingness to travel. Our head office is Manchester but this role will require travel daily/weekly visiting our national training sites.
