Salary- £21,000- £23,000
Location- Seaforth, Liverpool
Hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am- 16.30pm
Reports to- Learner Engagement Manager

Job Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing engagement team. This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills and who has a genuine interest in a developing the careers of others.
· Follow the correct procedure for IAG/Enrolment
· Ensure all referral partners are provided with the appropriate information to ensure the attendance of delegates at training events.
· Help create candidate pools of learners to go onto our short rail courses
· Assist with hosting Enrolment days for learners
· Liaise with education team for any additional support
· Ensure learners are supported throughout their course, face to face and over the phone
· Ensure all stationary requirements are readily available to support the trainer and learners
· Support employer and learner engagement teams with paperwork and admin for all courses
· Upload learner information to the relevant portals and trackers
· Ensure learners are turning up to courses and have all the right information whilst on programme.
· Ensure the learners all have the correct PPE in place
· Understand safeguarding policies and procedures
· Be the main contact for the learners
· Be responsible for learner post course administration
· Create content to post on Redstone social media channels
· Assist in designing flyers, posters, and banners.
Person Specification
A minimum of 3 years’ administration experience within a training administration and/or customer service environment
Conversant with training administration procedures and proficient in the management of office administration
Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and a self-motivation.
Ability to manage a busy workload.
Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Have a good understanding of Marketing and social media
Strong attention to detail
Microsoft Office proficient, Word, Access, Excel and Power Point.
A flexible personality and the ability to handle & embrace changes in planner/daily schedule.
Desirable Qualities
Full driving license
